Maureen Bethea, LMFT
Maureen is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a passion for treating relational trauma, getting to the underlying issues, and helping clients live better day to day. With 15 years of clinical experience, Maureen specializes in treating trauma and PTSD, mood issues, and relationship conflict. Maureen is EMDR Certified and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant with experience in EMDR intensives, Couples Intensives, and Trauma Process groups. Maureen also facilitates EMDR consultation groups for clinicians improving their practice of EMDR and working towards certification.


Christina Frank, LMFT
Christina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and is a trauma informed, attachment based therapist that specializes in complex developmental trauma. Christina provides individual and couple therapy, is an EMDR provider and sees clients using both an hourly and an intensive model. Christina runs weekly trauma processing groups.
Christina has been an educator in the Northern Virginia community since 2018, as the creator and sole facilitator of Technology and Today's Youth: Parenting in the Digital Age. Technology and Today's Youth is a seminar designed to inspire, educate, and empower parents, educators, and members of the mental health community by building awareness of the impact of technology and social media on today's youth and relationships.
Meagan Chevalier, LMFT
Meagan Chevalier is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specialized in treating complex trauma. Meagan comes to this work having served as a teacher, writer, and organizer in academic, community, and nonprofit spaces. These experiences have helped her to cultivate a therapeutic practice and curiosity that is integrative and expansive. Meagan uses her training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, and somatic therapies to help client’s reclaim their ability to fully embody their present day experience, whatever that experience may be. Meagan is also passionate about the intersections of this work and social justice and believes that healing our individual traumas allow us the presence necessary to better address our collective traumas. This lens is integral to both her clinical work and her work as an educator.

Lula Lambert, LPC
Lula is a Board Certified Art Therapist working in Northern Virginia. She strives to create a space for clients to cultivate coping skills, initiate self-expression, and stimulate self-reflection and insight.
Lula is also a certified yoga instructor, and incorporates mindfulness practices into her therapy. Lula is a fan of many art mediums and keeps a regular practice of engaging in her own art making as much as possible.
Fairfax Integrative Therapy
Maureen and Christina co-founded Fairfax Integrative Therapy (FIT) in Fairfax, VA in 2019 with the goal to create a safe therapeutic space for effective healing through a wide range of services, from individual to couple to family, and hourly to intensive. At the heart of FIT is the belief that everyone can live an integrated life- authentic, balanced, and connected. Maureen and Christina first brought this message of integrated healing into their roles as mentors, and now as educators in the field of mental health.
